We work to get your order out within two days of receipt of payment. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/First-Class mail with delivery confirmation. Tracking and delivery confirmation are available to selected destinations only with First-Class Package International Service.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes or/and duties. Please check the custom laws and regulations of your country.
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you receive, please contact us first and return the item within 5 days of delivery confirmation date for refund. Return item must be in unused condition. Refund will be given for the purchase price of the returned item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost to ship the returned item back to us. Special orders are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If the return is a result of our error or defective merchandise, please notify us within 7 days of delivery confirmation date, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you. We encourage you to choose shipper with reliable tracking system to ship your return item. We are not responsible for the package lost in shipping.
