Shipping Terms
- We ship across UAE
- Free shipping for orders above AED 250/-
- Shipping fee of AED 15/- for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman (0-5kg)
- Shipping fee of AED 25/- for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, RAK, UAQ, Fujairah (0-5kg)
- We do not charge additional handling fee or shipping tax
- We do not accept PO Box addresses
- As of April 2022, Shipping only on Tuesdays and Fridays cut-off time 2PM for next day delivery
Shipping Time
- The current shipping takes around 2 to 3 business days and we will notify you once your shipment is picked by our courier partner (usually 1-2 working days after you placed an order).

Returns/ Cancel Policy
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before you use. If any errors or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate. Please also check full condition at Returns & Refunds Policy Page.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel the order if it's not shipped out. Please email or send us a message on our WhatsApp no. to check the status of the parcel first and we will respond as quickly as we can.
NOTE: If we had prepared the package before you cancel the order, AED 10/- will be deducted from your payment for the packing costs.
RIGHT TO RETURN
We accept a return if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty from our side. Please contact us to arrange your return and this will be picked by our courier partner. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return.
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to your bank account or issue a credit voucher/discount code to be used on your next purchase.
Other Cases
- We will not shoulder delivery fee for returns/exchange. We will only shoulder return delivery fee if the items sent are wrong or if the items are faulty from our side.
- Please note that Crafts N Beyond is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
